At Living Wonders Shop, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-printed products. Our products are created when the order is placed. Our return policy is primarily designed to address manufacturing errors and issues related to damaged or defective items.

• Buyers can return or exchange the item within 30 days of delivery if it is damaged or defective from manufacturing or not customized or personalized.

• Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. 

• Buyers are responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with you) if an item is not returned in its original condition.

We offer reprints or refunds for:

• Products that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.

• Products ordered in the wrong size or color are eligible for reprints UNLESS it is customized or personalized, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

​

• Orders beyond 30 days of delivery.

• Orders that are lost in transit due to an invalid address.

• Customers are simply changing their minds after the order is placed.

• Customized or personalized orders.

To report a damaged or defective product, please:

2. Provide clear photos or a video of the damaged or defective product. 

3. Our team will review your request and provide a solution, which may include a reprint or refund, at our discretion.
